About Me

Hello and Welcome!  I am an almost 39 year old with 3 young boys.  The oldest is 6 and I have 3 year old twins.  My partner and I raise these crazies in West Fargo, North Dakota.

I have dealt with mild to moderate depression for about 8 years but was hit by a severe bout of anxiety and depression over the past year.  This blog is dedicated to following my journey out of the this awful nightmare.  I think this will be a very helpful tool for me and hope that it might be helpful for anyone else who might be experiencing something similar.
